I build AI systems and automation that replace the repetitive work stealing your time.

For solo operators and small teams drowning in email, CRM updates, follow-up, and admin. Automated pipelines that run on your hardware, learn your workflows, and free you to do the work only you can do.

What I do

I design and ship AI automation: systems and pipelines that take over the repetitive work your business depends on, so you stop being the bottleneck.

Ops automation

Turn chaos into a reliable pipeline

You’re buried in inboxes, half-updated CRMs, and follow-ups that only live in your head.

In practice: Automated triage, drafting, logging, and reminders wired into your real tools. Workflow automation that matches how you work, built around your process instead of a generic chatbot bolted on.

Always-on automation

Coverage when you’re not at the desk

Leads and clients don’t wait for business hours.

You walk away with: An agent that watches channels, prepares replies and briefs, and keeps records current overnight. It runs while you sleep.

Private by design

Your data stays on your network

SaaS tools mean your client list lives in someone else’s cloud.

Deliverable: Systems on your hardware (or dedicated client hardware). No shared multi-tenant dump of your business.

From map to handoff

Built with you, through go-live

Consultants leave decks. You need something that runs on Monday morning.

How it lands: Spec → pilot → production automation, with documentation and a clear support path after go-live. I stay until it works in your week, not just in a slide deck.

Stack I actually ship with

How we work together

No mystery scope. A clear path from first conversation to a system you own.

  1. Free audit

Thirty minutes. We look at where your time leaks (email, CRM, follow-up, admin) and whether automation is the right lever.

  2. Map the workflow

We document the real path work takes today: tools, handoffs, exceptions. The automation surface, the actual steps people take. You see the plan before anything is built.

  3. Build & test

I build the pipeline on real inputs, with you in the loop. Drafts, logs, and rules get tuned until the automation behaves like a careful assistant.

  4. Hand off & support

You get a running system, plain-language docs, and a support path. Clear ownership, no black box left on your desk.

Flagship work

One deep example of a live production system, fully anonymized. Plus the kinds of problems I’m built to solve.

Live · in production

AI operations assistant for a service business owner

Who

A professional service operator running a relationship heavy practice: high volume of email, CRM touchpoints, and scheduling, without bandwidth for a full time admin hire.

Problem

Repetitive assistant work was eating the day: triage the inbox, draft replies in their voice, keep the CRM honest, and prep before calls. Hiring a full time person was hard to justify; doing it all themselves was unsustainable.

What I built

A production AI agent on dedicated hardware that reads email, drafts replies with a loop that learns from edits, updates CRM activity, and produces briefs before calls. Human approval stays in the loop. Nothing sends without them.

Result

A live system covering the workload that would otherwise need a full time assistant. Real, ongoing use. The kind that still works on a Monday morning.

Capability

Email & draft pipelines

Automated inbox triage, drafting that matches your style, and review gates so the pipeline prepares the work and you stay the decision maker.

Capability

CRM hygiene & briefs

Automated contact and activity logging that actually happens, plus pull-together context before you pick up the phone.

I’ve been the operator

Before I built AI systems and automation for a living, I ran operations. Years owning and managing a high-volume service business with full P&L responsibility. Clients, scheduling, estimates, vendors, staffing. I know what it feels like when the work that keeps the lights on also eats the hours that grow the business.

That background is the point. I’ve been the person whose workflow you’re trying to fix, and I’ve built the automation that fixes it. I care about systems that survive Monday morning: clear ownership, private deployment, and results you can feel without a dashboard of vanity metrics.

Based in Manitoba, Canada. I work with operators who want less busywork and more control. Another tool that becomes a new job is the opposite of the goal.
